Disliked: The air conditioning was poor. The room wasn't cool enough for a good sleep. The outside temperature in the hallway was a constant heat blowing all around.

Quite hotel and good location...

Liked: Good location very near stadium football. And very close to American dream mall . Is only 8 minutes

Not worth the money I...

Liked: The shower concept was nice, even if the execution wasnt the best
Disliked: The room was extremely small and the floors were dirty ( got out of the shower and instantly my feet were dirty ), the shower concept was good (reg shower plus a ceiling rain shower & side body shower) however the main shower head/handheld were installed wrong and improperly. the shower could only spray the ceiling (it was installed sideways and not fully)the pipe connection sprayed water every where. Also the glass door not properly sealed and water was all over the floor. limited/no toiletries, no breakfast even though it was listed as having one, the ac didnt work during a heat wave, the building was extremely hot, the parking spaces are insanely narrow between concrete pillars ( hit my wheel rim and scratched it up.

Liked: There are nothing to liked about.
Disliked: Due to a flight delay, I arrived a bit late for check-in. When I got to the hotel, there was no one at the front desk. After pressing the bell, someone eventually came out, appearing as if they had just woken up. There was no warm welcome or even a smile. I believe the staff member’s name was Prem or Pary.I was then told that breakfast was not included in my booking, even though it was clearly mentioned on Booking.com. The staff claimed that the hotel no longer offers breakfast since the pandemic and blamed Booking.com for false advertising. This was very misleading.Additionally, there was no drinking water provided in the room, which is a basic expectation. Despite the hotel being half empty, my request for a late checkout was also denied.Overall, these issues made my stay far from comfortable. I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve your service for future guests.
