I plan on attending many concerts in the future and would not consider this property again or recommend it to anyone else.

Liked: Relatively close to the venue.
Disliked: The front desk person checked me into a room that was out of service and I had to go back to the desk to get a new room. The first smell heading up the stairs was stale cigarette smoke and for a person with asthma this would have been a deal breaker if I had had time to find a different property before the concert. Finally, upon returning from the venue I just wanted a quick ice cream bar and gave up because the front desk person was so slow getting to me. The customer she was working with was also very frustrated with the amount of time it was taking to put 1 night's stay on a different credit card.

Room was dirty. There was a kleenex on the floor from the last person; the sheets didn't look clean at all; the bathroom was in desperate need of repairs, and the entire hotel smelled weird. I don't not recommend this hotel.

Everything good except maid service...

Liked: Location is great. Bed very comfortable and room clean n smelled clean
Disliked: We left the Do not disturb sign on our doors and the maid service ignored them. I don't care for the maid service to be in my room during my stay as I have things that can be taken. Not sure why the maid service came in but that is the only thing I wasn't happy about. If I need towels I will go get more.

Disliked: The service, breakfast, the facility was dirty, staff was not nice, rooms were not stocked. Not good place to stay . People were smoking weed in the rooms and can smell it. It was smelly the whole hotel. Mold

Liked: Easy to get to
Disliked: Facility needs updating! The smell entering the building was musty! Door on bathroom was warped and was hard to shut! Beds were ok though! Overall it was a cheap place to stay overnight after a full night of partying at a concert!
