Great value, everything was close...

Liked: The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was dated but clean. Restaurants and gas station were really close by. My kids enjoyed the pool and free breakfast.
Disliked: No issues.

Was scared I would get...

Liked: The staff were nice and the room was clean
Disliked: The building is old and outdated (those windows have to be at least 50 years old) and there were cigarette burns in the bedding on both beds in our non-smoking room

Disliked: I have stayed here plenty of times before and it was great but this time there were other guests staying with dogs barking at all hours and children running up and down the hall yelling. I understand children make noise but after 10 pm is a little excessive. The staff did nothing to enforce reasonable quiet hours and their solution to the dog barking late at night was to offer moving rooms

Liked: Location was close to places we needed to visit
Disliked: Mold in shower surrounding seams. Water temperature would go from hot to cold then hot then cold again. Water temperature control valve continues to turn all the way around. This was the 2nd room we were put in after discovering that the first room had not been cleaned properly and still had an old creaky spring mattress with cigarette burns and what appeared to be bread crumbs on the comforter. Carpet had not been cleaned. I don't try to be overly critical but do expect things to work and be clean regardless of price. For 130 a night that's all we expected and didn't think was to much to expect. The front desk receptionist was nice and apologetic for the condition of the first room and put us in the second room which helped. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable It wasn't until the next mourning we discovered the issues with the shower. Receptionist conveyed when we were checking out that we were not the only ones with water temperature issues.
