Horrific

Disliked: No breakfast, Unfriendly staff, No smoke alarm, Half broken toilet, No tea or coffee maker, No alarm clock, No iron, No radio, No hair dryer, No stop for the bathtub, Used wash cloth in bathtub, Poor quality beds and pillows, Loud neighbors, Wifi without password - not safe to use, Credit card was already charged even though we said pay on location, Very shady neighborhood where we felt unsafe

Bad Experience at Super 8

Liked: The hot water in the shower was scalding and good water pressure.
Disliked: Upgraded room was supposed to be a King size bed but was definitely a queen. The booking said breakfast was included but only thing available was coffee and I don't drink coffee. The door didn't close fully as you can see light between the door and frame, the lock didn't seem like it was secure, and the chain was broken. So I pushed the dirty, stained chair against the door throughout the night and morning. The air conditioning did nothing during the night. Could not tell what two of the settings said on the air conditioning because the pieces were missing. Sign outside said it was recently renovated but can't figure out what was new other then the TV stand. Burn mark on the sheet.

Liked: A fair place for a good price. Clean room. Everything is a bit outdated but in working condition. The staff is friendly.
Disliked: The bed was sagging.

Disliked: I paid full price n the tv didn’t work n no phones in rooms n they gave me a non smoking room n u could tell people were smoking in there n a lot of broke down cars n trucks in parking lot very little spaces to park
