Needs improvement.

Liked: Staff was friendly and nice to talk to. The atmosphere was quiet. Got a good night's sleep.
Disliked: This was advertised as "Super 8 by Wyndham" and the price was average for the area. I expected with the Wyndham name, the accommodations would be nice. I was billed twice for my puppy deposit (they said it would be reimbursed, but hasn't been yet). Microwave was present but not plugged in, because there weren't adequate electric outlets for tv, fridge and microwave. My door was slightly off the hinge and difficult to shut. Exterior of building was trashy. No plug for bathtub -- we asked for one at the front desk but none were available The advertised "breakfast" was waffle batter, stale cereal, or yogurt. I understood that the building is undergoing renovations, but it felt tacky staying there.

Liked: Motel is centrally located in our desired area
Disliked: NO hot water in the bathroom and NO soap in room. Also, there was no coffee pot in room, but that is minor. Paid for 2 nights plus a 2 night charge for our dog. We stayed ONE night and requested a refund for the second night. Also requested 1 night refund for our dog. Hopefully I'll see a credit back to my credit card soon.

Liked: The waffle maker worked.
Disliked: The room had been repainted , the outlets were still off, the rug was nasty, spilled paint, very dirty , the furniture was out dated

Liked: Quiet.Comfortable bed.Good supply of shampoo, soap, lotion, and even hand sanitizer.Nice, helpful staff.
Disliked: Poor lighting. Some lamps didn't work at all.Carpet dirty in places.Baseboards missing.No kleenex.

Our stay was not pleasant,...

Disliked: I was told there were no rooms available on the first floor. This was a large hotel and very few rooms were occupied. Second floor room had noisy fan in bathroom, which was on any time the light was on, When I asked about a different room, I was told the hotel was all booked up because of a gun and knife show nearby, when this was researched there was no gun or knife show that I could find, and again, very few rooms were occupied. I had to ask for towels, there was only one bath towel in the room. The refrigerator was moldy, one mattress was only 6 inches and there was a mousetrap under one of the beds. There was a coffee maker and coffee but no cups to drink the coffee. The heat was not on in the room when we arrived, it was 22 degrees outside.
