Disliked: Staff at front desk was not available at check out. Very run down hotel.

Poor experience

Liked: The lady at the desk at night was very helpful and it was 15 minutes from hershey park
Disliked: When we arrived and unpacked and showered after a long hot day at hershey park. We went to get in bed and in my kids bed there were blood stains on the pillow and sheets. We then alerted the staff and they moved us to a new room. So we then had to pack up everything again and move rooms close to midnight. Then I went and asked for ice because the ice machine wasn't working. And I was told that I could walk to the hotel nextdoor (in my PJs) and use their ice machine. Nice worker but disgusting conditions and run down 2nd room as well.

I would recommend for anyone...

Liked: Front desk was very pleasant. Check in and check out were easy. Bed was comfortable. Area was nice. 12 minutes straight down the road from the Hershey Park main entrance.

A clean and affordable place...

Liked: The location was perfect. The room was sufficiently clean, aside from a couple little things that appeared to me missed by housekeeping. The staff was excellent, very polite and accommodating.
Disliked: The ice machine was broken, so we had to go to the hotel next door to get ice. Not really a big deal, just a minor inconvenience. The breakfast very limited but it did it's job.
