Super 8 by Wyndham Bulls Gap Greeneville Area

Liked: The property was cleaner than other Super 8s we have stayed at. The toilet rocked when you sat on it, the tub didn't drain well and our sheets were old and had been "repaired", and only 2 lights worked. However, the other guests were loud, rude, disrespectful, and very intoxicated. They tried to have a cookout in front of our 2nd floor room at 830 at night. Sat out on the walkway being loud. Then, at 1129pm, our door was opened by one of those guests while it was locked! We were in a deep sleep, and it woke us good thing. we used the top security lock, and it prevented it from opening all the way. The night clerk called the police for us, and they came and spoke to us and the other guests. My question is, how can another room key open my room? I wish I could score a zero for all Wyndham Super 8s because they are just awful.If I didn't have to get up at 4 am we would have left and demanded a refund.
