Disliked: The mattresses need to be replaced. They were lumpy and stained.The rooms were not clean. The corners were dusty and the office chair had stains on it. The hallway was dark.Some of the bulbs were out. The TV kept losing its signalThe bathrooms are outdated

Liked: First we booked smoking .was informed smoking rooms were being worked on. As we are checking in maintenance worker decided he would use our room for toilet so reaked of urine and rushed out of room and left door open. Exit door supposed to be kept locked was in fact tied with shoe string to open freely. Breakfast from 7 too 9 was out at 8. I will never use this motel hotel chain again and I will inform all family and friends.
