It was ok once we...

Liked: The room me, my husband, and our 2 kids got couldn’t be locked by the inside of the room . The door was super loose on the door frame , and also had pry marks against the door frame, like it was broke into previously. We checked doors of the rooms next to the one we had and those doors were also very loose in the frame . Made us feel unsafe to stay there . We call front desk and reported our findings . They agreed to move us to a different room. That room was acceptable. Only other thing was the tv remote in both rooms didn’t work 🤦🏽‍♀️ The staff were great . Very friendly and the rooms and bests smelt fresh which made things comfortable.

Disliked: No blankets, only a sheet, toilet had urine in it upon arrival, hair in bathroom, rude staff, this place is a nightmare, asked 3 times for a blanket they don’t have blankets. Only a sheet and curtain type thing. Checked out after 1st night due to rude girl at counter and all these issues , no refund of course and no apology . Beware of this place!!!

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: The deadbolt wouldn't line up with the hole to work. The swing lock was half gone. The shower and tub were dirty. Who paints the hinges and slops paint on the fixtures of the bathroom door so it doesn't work? There was no breakfast as advertised. No roll in shower, as booked, for wheelchair access. When we got there, they gave us a 2nd floor room with no elevator despite my note that we required wheelchair access... this did get fixed, and we were switched to a 1st floor room. There are cigarette receptacles outside every door. Our neighbors apparently smoked because it kept getting sucked into our room through the AC unit.
