They charged me an extra $200 smoking fee and no one smoked inside the room. Some person can walk in, say "I smell smoke," and charge your card without notifying you. When I called, they wouldn't provide me with a corporate number or any way to combat the charge. Stay here if you like people stealing from you.

Liked: The interior was OK.
Disliked: Bogus charges; TV had no English channels; rude staff.

Liked: Breakfast was really good with different options no some days. The room was good, spacious and well maintained and the bed really comfortable. Location is great close to Hollywood.
Disliked: The room was not very clean with some hairs in the towels and the bed. The parking was small and full most of the time, luckily they allow to park in the adjacent property in front of a Dominos pizza. The location is a little bit noisy during the night.

Liked: Breakfast was good more options would be nice but overall good.
Disliked: The smell coming from the bathroom

Location very convenient to LA...

Liked: We loved the location. The hotel was close to a lot of LA’s biggest attractions and within walking distance. There was a lot of restaurants places to eat nearby. The gentleman at the front desk was accommodating when we had issues with our room and with parking. He was very friendly.
Disliked: The parking at the hotel was horrible after 5pm. Parking lot was very small. The room was very outdated especially the bathroom. The sink and walls were chipped. The air condition was loud and there was a lot of clicking/ noises in the walls which was very annoying when trying to sleep. The walls were very thin you could hear people in other rooms and people outside the room. The bathroom had a an unpleasant smell of sewage/waste. Upon being in the room for 10 mins when we arrived we saw two roaches one in the bathroom and one just outside the bathroom door. The housekeeping staff was not very friendly. Often had to speak to them first and say hello as all they did was stare at you.

As expected for the price...

Liked: Breakfast was filled up regularly and maintained during the hours, cleaners were there everyday, location was convenient to the main strip of Hollywood within 20min walking distance.
Disliked: Cleaners only made the bed, emptied the bin and swept but didn’t move any other rubbish I hadn’t yet binned. Just a sheet for a duvet and the pillows were tiny in comparison to the bed.

Liked: The hotel offered a good standard and was conveniently located. The breakfast, while simple and lacking vegetables, was still satisfying and provided a good start to the day.
Disliked: During our stay, housekeeping was generally good, though there were occasional inconsistencies. Despite some homeless people in the area, we always felt safe thanks to the attentive hotel security guard.
