One of the best hotels...

Liked: I cannot fault this hotel, it’s one of Hollywood finest. The decor is stunning and the service is world class.

It was a wonderful stay.

Liked: The breakfast was delicious, beautiful views of the valley. The staff are very helpful.

Almost perfect

Liked: Almost everything
Disliked: I would have given a 10 but our rooms windows on the 14th floor fully opened and did not have safety bars in them. Very easy to fall out
