Undoubted one of the best...

Liked: This hotel was one of the highlights of our trip, the initial arrive of a strong concierge and excellent check in team. The room was large and beautiful with original features. Excellent touches with replenished water and lots of snacks. Bed was incredible comfortable. The location was perfect to explore Hollywood. The sunset bar is amazing.
Disliked: Very difficult to say anything wrong however the pool area is much smaller than the photos show however we didn’t need the pool.

Disliked: I MENTİONED THAT I NEED INVOICE UPON MY BOOKING BUT THE PROPERY SAYS ITS BOOKING RESPONSABILITY THEY DO NOT GIVE INVOICE AT CHECK OUT AND WHEN I ASKED BOOKING IT SAYS THE PROPERTY WILL PROVIDE!!!! THIS HAPPENS THIRD TIME NOW AND I HAVE TO FOLLOW UP EACH TIME FOR THIS INVOICE THAT THE PAYMENT I MADE IN ADVANCE !!! I WILL AVOID TO USE BOOKING JUST FOR THIS REASON
