Liked: You can't stay at a better location if you are going to ski/snowboard. The staffs are very nice and friendly. The afternoon hot chocolate was a treat. The roof top hot tub was nice but I wish it wasn't reservation only.
Disliked: Roof top hot tub was very nice but it's reservation only so you can only book 30 minute at a time. On one evening, people were eating and drinking before we got there and it was a bit messy. I wish there was a regular pool/spa like other hotels.

Liked: This is a great hotel, in the most prime location in Whistler Village, with the most welcoming and friendly staff. We extending our stay as the room was super comfortable and had everything would could want, and we loved the boutique hotel feel. All staff throughout the hotel were kind, knowledgeable and committed to delivering a 5 star experience.
Disliked: Nothing.
