Friendly staff! Just need to...
Liked: The staff are really friendly and helpful. The bed is clean and our room is a good size. I also like the fact that we can use the big swimming pool at Cumberland hotel.
Disliked: The first thing I have noticed was when I drew the curtain and there were cobwebs outside the window and it was almost covered. It seemed like it wasn’t clean for years! The room didn’t have an air conditioner. I was quite worried about the spiders coming in to our room as I needed to leave the window open for the fresh air.Also the floor tiling on the indoor pool was absolutely filthy. It supposed to look white tiles but they looked brown because of dirt.

It was good
Liked: It's in a good location. It's within walking distance of the beach and town centre. There's access to the pool, spa, and gym.The staff were courteous and helpful.

Good value for money!
Liked: The location is perfect, and the value for money is quite good, considering high speed Internet is included in the price along with daily spa access.
Disliked: Staff could be more trained, especially restaurant waiting staff. Often, they made basic mistakes, but they were quite apologetic.

Liked: The Breakfast 9/10
Disliked: The lifts were slightly temperamental, I have a bad knee and the room was on the 3rd Floor so needed to use the lifts frequently.

fabulous and great fun!
Liked: the room was great!the facilities were great! we were even given the option to chose from three great pools! we loved every second!location was excellent! we really enjoyed our stay!would definately recommend!thank you!

Okay
Liked: The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean, which I really appreciated. While the décor felt a bit dated and the escalator was quite small, the overall cleanliness and helpfulness of the team made the stay pleasant.
Disliked: If you book through Booking.com, there’s an extra £12 per night charge for parking, which I wasn’t expecting. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from both the beach and the town centre, with some steep hills along the way, so it may not be ideal for those with mobility issues

Relaxing, scenic and summer vibes.
Liked: On the sea front, breakfast, bar, bedroom sea view
Disliked: Sharing the balcony from the bedroom to outside. The balcony could be made more private.
