Attended the concert the night prior so I was not in the mood to be woken up at 8:00 in the morning by a cleaning lady entering our room.

Liked: The room was decent.
Disliked: Was not in the mood to be woken up at 8:00 in the morning because a cleaning lady let herself in.

Liked: We didn’t try the restaurant, but great facilities available, the staff were very helpful, and we had a great suite for an amazing price. If you need to stay in sarnia, this is the place!

Liked: We liked breakfast buffet selection , tiles in bathroom and temperature control in roomsStaff at front desk were very nice as well
Disliked: The pillows needed to be better, 3 out of 4 of us all had bad necks the next morning because they were awful pillows.Plus elevator broken and still not fixed after 4 days of being broken.Then the final bill was $11 more than what I agreed to when I booked room.We all loved the buffer, 1 out of 3 waitresses was great, she was a white lady, very friendly and we overheard her tell another couple that they can make then any eggs they want and toast as part of buffet , yet the other Indian lady didn't tell us anything

Absolutely wonderful, perfect value for...

Liked: Wonderful staff and service, spotless scentless room with ready access to an indoor pool and gym, what’s not to like?
Disliked: Highway noise and trucks accelerating from the nearby inspection station are a bit intrusive at night but there’s really no avoiding vehicle noise.
