Much better hotels in that...

Liked: Great location
Disliked: The rooms were beautiful but so dark and not great for more than one night. Also very small. There was also a wedding whilst we were there and the guests were very disruptive.

A super Hotel in a...

Liked: We wanted to check in early so that we could leave our luggage and go and explore London. To our absolute surprise and delight we were able to check in at 11am! The check in was really quick, the room itself was absolutely stunning and again we were surprised and delighted when they gave us a free upgrade to a suite. The bed was extremely comfortable and had incredibly soft sheets.
Disliked: We wish we could have stayed longer!

Not as good as our...

Liked: Love the decor cleanliness and location
Disliked: Didn’t like the new layout of the breakfast area, the hot breakfast was nowhere near as good as our previous visits..Also do not like how you are pressured into leaving a £12.50 tip to reception on check out We are due to stay here again in October with some friends who have never stayed at Sun Street before as , this visit was nowhere near as good as the last one we’re having second thoughts and changing our booking for this property. It was our anniversary while we were there and I had to ask on arrival if we could have a glass of the complementary fuzz they were giving away to other guests. This was not offered to us..
