Liked: The breakfast was very good with a good range of options. The room itself was also very nice and clean with a good bathroom. The staff was also friendly and attentive. Great central location that was very easy to get to by public transport.

Superb

Liked: Excellent location for traveling in and around London. We highly recommend Sun Street Hotel and we will be back.
Disliked: Extra coffee pods would have been a bonus.

Lovely room but did not...

Liked: Great location and lovely suite, large space and beautiful decor
Disliked: We had an issue with our air con during our stay it was over 24 degrees c and it was unbearable to sleep in. We raised the issue with reception they did offer us a fan but this was loud and did not drop the temp. We were told it was an issue in the building and an engineer wouldn't be able to attend until Mon, we stayed Fri & Sat we were offered a different room however it was at the same temp so no point changing. We did receive a complimentary drink but this didn't feel enough given the price we paid for the suite and our lack of sleep. The breakfast was nice enough but expected better and the service was slow given there was only 2 couples to be served.
