Every time at Sun Street...

Liked: I had a wonderful "Welcome Back" message as it was my third time visiting the hotel.And after a night out at dinner, to have my bed and slippers laid out ready for me was exceptional!
Disliked: I didn't like that my trip came to an end and I had to leave!

Disliked: The additional services charges added to bill on departure - eg I had paid room etc all up front Had a couple of drinks booked to room . On check out - at least £25 was added additional to bill - & reception staff sate you can remove costs … * not so discretionary charges .

Lovely hotel in a great...

Liked: Lovely staff, with a special call out to Tomas in the restaurant and Ellie on reception. I felt very safe staying here and it was lovely and quiet at night.
Disliked: I asked for more teabags for more room - twice. They didn’t arrive. A small thing!

Liked: Great location and excellent service. The room needs maintenance though. The safe wasn’t working, one door of the closet was not opening well, the shower head was leaking so there was water dripping out every 2 minutes
