A gem in the City!

Liked: All of it! We were in one of the Loft Suites - stunning.
Disliked: Nothing I didn’t like

Lovely hotel in a great...

Liked: Great location. Stylish hotel, for a great price. Rooms were clean & decorated beautifully - On the slightly smaller side, but expected for central London & was perfect for our overnight stay.

Liked: Very nice hotel, beds are extremely comfortable
Disliked: The shower in our room constantly sounded like the tap was left on. Had to get up 4 times through out the night to try and sort it out.Reported it to reception and not a care in the world given.Even mentioned it again in the morning and was told they’d let maintenance know.

Liked: Appreciated a room upgrade, decor was unique and lovely throughout , great central location
Disliked: Opposite building were huge construction works , would have been nice to have been forewarned. Strange atmosphere with staff, some not welcoming felt like you were disturbing them, or they were under controlling management and forced to be nice - asking you for optional huge tip on checkout very odd.
