It’s a unique hotel room...

Liked: Location, staff was very helpful.
Disliked: Didn’t like 1 flight of stairs but they insisted on have person working there take all bags up and when I left they brought them down

Liked: Like : Great location , friendly & responsive staff , spacious roomDislike: low water pressure , dark shower area, loose wooden step in Jacuzzi area , Sink outside the bathroom with design ( far from the wall) that will result in lots of water and soap spills when you use the soap to wash your hands, did not like that the amenities were in uncovered glass containers ( inconvenient) .. though it was a nice gesture that they upgraded the room as I was told , I prefer shower to Jacuzzi ( it would me more convenient for me)

Liked: Dianne was the first person who greeted us and she is incredible. What a beautiful friendly soul. Loved the hotel. We didn't use any extra facilities. We enjoyed breakfast which was so fresh and the presentation was lush x The location is perfect literally a stone throw from the Spanish steps x
