Great value... cool place if...

Liked: Nice cabin with good sleeping options for group (4 beds + couch). Appreciated the Christmas tree as we were traveling over the holidays. Cabin is nicely separate from other buildings and has a remote feel to it and super quiet. Kitchen well stocked with plates, bowls, utensils. Suggest bringing your own pans/skillets as the provided ones are a bit rough. Good heating even with 0F outside, well plowed.
Disliked: Need to run the hot water a bit for shower. Pots & pans (esp non-stick) need replacement, but we usually bring our own for eggs, etc.

We appreciated the hospitality!

Liked: It's a lovely setting in the mountains at a higher elevation.
Disliked: The spiral staircase was difficult for my wife.

Excellent place to stay in...

Liked: I liked the owners, so very nice and helpful. It was very clean, spacious and quiet.
Disliked: My teenage son didn’t like the fact it didn’t have Wi-Fi. The rest of us thought it was great. More family time.

Cabins in the mountain

Liked: Beautiful location. Stunning view from the upstairs bathroom and more space than we could possibly use in just our one nights stay.

Liked: Amazing suite, all the necessities, TV would have been nice for the hours I spent alone but it is a great place to stay. The staff is awesome and very cooperative

Liked: Beautiful view and the cabin was very large. owner was great. The price was reasonable. will hopefully be back someday as we would love to explore the area more. we did see moose right up the road.
