Disliked: I use booking.com for 3-day stay at hotel and the hotel charged me for another day and I paid insurance and everything else was on the phone with booking.com for hours and still am on the phone with them for hours. Trying to get my money back for one night that I got a receipt for and everything but nobody wants to give me answers. Be sure of where you stay using booking.com?

Liked: Nothing this facility was horrible!!!!!!!!!! No clean sheets it was filthy!!! You had to go give your towels to get clean ones we were there from Thursday to Monday and they did not touch the room nor even once when we asked for service they said they only clean on Thursday and Mondays that's sadly horrible!!!!! I asked for an extra pillow because the three they had on the king bed were all flat as a pancake and she told me sir would look that's was Thursday evening I've checked out and still no pillows!!! They tin didn't have a stopper it couldn't have gotten worse!!!!! Smelled of Marijuana even though it was smoke free!!! During the night especially all you saw were people with shopping carts pushing there stuff around HOMELESS PEOPLE OUT WAS SO SAD!!!

Liked: Location was close to where we needed to be. Parking was free. Concerning with all the people just hanging out on the balconies. Warning signs about locking the vehicles and not to leaving valuables in the cars
Disliked: Hallways stunk of old smoke and weed. 2 ft sq carpet tiles feom the 70s were filthy. Hallways stunk. Lobby area secured from guests.

I hated the hotel

Liked: It was awful the freezer didn't work, they didn't have a iron in the room the walk to the room was to far from were we park it was a hotel
