It was so bad we...

Liked: Nothing, we were so unpleased that we left 15 minutes after we checked in and saw the room. It was terrible.
Disliked: The room smelled. The floors were dirty. The walls were marked up and dirty, the ceiling was dirty. There was a hole im the bathroom door. The sheets were stained. Toilet was loose from the wall. Weird people hanging around.

Dirty, nasty, disgusting and unsafe

Liked: The only good thing was the bed was comfy
Disliked: This place was the worst I have stayed at and we take a lot of road trips and have stayed at so e pretty questionable lodging in the past. First, the place was filthy!! We got there a bit early and was told the room was not ready. I can understand that and figured they were cleaning the room so we left and came back a few hours later. We were finally checked in and get to our room and it was filthy!!! Just nasty! We ending up buying cleaning supplies and cleaning the room ourselves. People were leaving bags of garbage in the stairwell and it would sit there for a day or two leaking all over. The same nasty chips were on the stairs for 3 or 4 days. The floor had a layer of dirt. All the tables, counter tops and the dresser were dusty and dirty. The shower and tub had this film on it. The range hood was rusted and nasty. I am sure you get the idea that this place was nasty. Secondly, we did not feel safe in this place at all. The door did not close tight, almost like it was kicked in. The people staying there were definitely not the friendly neighbor type. All kinds of people in and out of there at all hours. Large aggressive dogs all over the place. We watch one of them try to attack people more than once. When we would walk out our room, we were asked for cigarettes and money. We figured with this place being so close to Disney, it would be held to a higher standard. Guess we were wrong. I will never stay at any hotel/motel/studio 6 ever again!!

Disliked: Nothing worked, like it was cold at night the heater didn't work, the day we left started seeing roaches, couldn't wait to get out of there.

Liked: There were cockroaches everywhere and the neighbors upstairs lived there and they were up until 3am jumping off the bed and there was no staff between 11-9. The most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed

I love the location and...

Liked: The morning staff was fantastic and really tried to accommodate
Disliked: The excessive amount of roaches in room 145 is unacceptable. I don’t think they should be allowed to sell these rooms like this. Also I stayed in a room down stairs from a room full of dogs and babies. About 4-5 animals barking and crying all night on top of the baby crying was just ridiculous. When they tried to move my room for me, the vacant rooms were actually not vacant and preoccupied. Apparently something was wrong with their system. And last but not least, police were called to the property to remove someone who Had broken into a room just to sleep for the night, meanwhile those same police did not show up when the neighbor hotel motel 6 had an all out brawl in the parking lot the very same night.
