Glad my reservation was cancelled...

Liked: The property was horrible they cancelled my reservation with no notification and I live in a whole different state. Staff was really unprofessional and there was no manager on the property .
Disliked: The property looked like an apartment complex that was ran down and lived in nothing like the pictures shown .

Just a total mess!

Disliked: The night clerk is rude and loud and needs to be replaced the place smelled like smoke but yet they ask me for a 200 dollars deposit and we came from out of town we were told there will be no deposit but when we got there everything changed bc of our color smh

OVERBOOKED. NO ROOMS UPON ARRIVAL

Disliked: I arrived to learn that they had overbooked the hotel by 30+ customers. There had no room for me an provided no alternative. I am still awaiting the credit on my for my prepaid room.
