Worst hotel experience

Liked: The staff ranged from excellent to complete piece of s***. Rooms were decent. Some awesome guests.
Disliked: No staff in the office from 11pm-7am. There is an employee who lives on site. After staying for 3 days we accidentally left our key in the room while loading our car at 1am in 12° weather. The on site employee refused to let us in our room for over an hour because he didn't feel like it. When he finally got down to the office, after trying to fight me, he was so high(not weed) he couldn't stand. His girlfriend has to make the key for us. All this whole my wife had a broken sternum. At least one overdose death while we were there.
