Unpleasant and Uncomfortable

Disliked: The property was not up to standard, the room looked clean at first to the eye but the floors were not clean and the area behind the toilet had some form of dirt behind it. I was not satisfied.

Staff great, not clean, tv...

Liked: The staff was great.
Disliked: The towels stink so bad I was grossed out having to touch them to my now clean body, the floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped- my kids feet were almost black from walking without shoes inside the room, the toilet looked like it was poorly glued in place.
