Nice hotel and very comfortable...

Liked: very conveniently located, very clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice and accommodating. They even let us check in a bit early.

Not good.

Disliked: It was dirty, they are currently renovating so it's very noisy, no one cleaned my room all week, there was no breakfast only coffee until 9am, the bath tube didn't drain properly

Liked: Great for a night sleep.Perfect for anyone who plans to stay for multiple days in Elkhart area.We didn't have much use for the kitchenette offered however it is practical.

Liked: The room was large.
Disliked: The amenities were not good. An ironing board, but no iron; no blow dryer or shampoo. The towels had hair on them, hair in the shower and the door didn't have any safety locks.

Liked: I liked that I got a good price for a room with a jacuzzi. I also liked that it was so close to downtown and so many bars.
Disliked: The building as a whole was dirty and run down. The room was dirty and I had to request the sheets and blankets to be replaced - and then they didn't replace it for us, we had to do it ourselves. One pillow didn't even have a pillow case when we arrived. I bleached the entire room when we arrived just to feel comfortable sleeping there.

Liked: We arrived at the hotel late in the evening. The front desk clerk greeted us with a smile and was very courteous and helpful. The room was extremely clean and modern. Although our stay was short, I would highly recommend staying here, and we would stay here again if the opportunity arose.

Liked: We chose this hotel as a stop-over point on a trip to WI from VA. The location off the highway was convenient. The hotel itself was very nice, and newly renovated (had been here last year and they were in the process of renovation). Beds were a bit hard, but comfortable enough for 1 nt.
Disliked: The area seemed a little dicey
