Wasn't even open
Disliked: Everything. It is full of immigrants so I arrived and was turned away. They took my money. Phones are disconnected and can't get though to anyone there. Apparently all the staff got sacked when the immigrants arrived.

Liked: Haven't recieved my refund yet. I understand they are going through a difficult time but I wasn't aware of this at the time and they shouldn't have accepted bookings if there facilties were closed (the reason why I booked in the first place) please can I received the refund they said they would give.

What a rip off
Liked: Leaving
Disliked: Rip off as the spa was not included in the price, we were charged a significant amount for access to the spa for a limited time of 3 hours. It was as if they were doing us a favour to charge us entry into the spa that we thought was included in the original price.

Disappointed. Not a 4 star...
Liked: We booked the hotel as our last weekend together as a 2, before our little one comes along. I am 8 months pregnant and booked it as a treat with it being a 4 star hotel that had a spa attached to it. The spa offered a ‘mum to be’ massage. It’s in a nice area with a lovely community but the hotel itself was disappointing.
Disliked: We spent a lot more on this hotel than we would do usually due to us wanting to treat ourselves before our baby arrives. We travelled 3 hours there and the room consisted of a small, uncomfortable double bed, no air con, no natural light from the small window, a small tv where the controls didn’t work and a generally drab looking room. There were wedding receptions happening on both the Friday and Saturday night, meaning the hotel bar was out of bounds. That was another reason why we booked it, so I wouldn’t have to walk far for a drink in the evening. The restaurant was available but sitting to have a drink while people were eating dinner isn’t the same atmosphere. We spent £380 for 3 nights, and an additional £70 each for a treatment and access to the spa and I am highly disappointed we spent so much for an average place. In fact, we left a night early as I couldn’t bare being so comfortable all night again. I did explain this to the reception staff and they said there was nothing they could do or offer any sort of refund. When we explored Llanelli, I saw that their was a premier inn and I was gutted I didn’t book us in there. We would have had a king size bed, air con and better facilities at half the price. When told a hotel is 4 star, you expect a little luxury but it was in fact nicer to be home. I think it’s unfair to advertise yourselves as 4 star and charge a considerable amount to not deliver.
