Relaxing Stay

Liked: Gorgeous suite with hot tub. Very private outdoor area. Staff were very lovely and informative. Food & service at the bistro was perfect

Nice hotel. Staff not cooperative

Liked: Nice clean room. Location is good.
Disliked: They do not have elevator being heritage property so wheel chair or person with walking have to climb min one floor.Staff not the best. For many thing we ask they have reservation.. breakfast we ordered something never came.Wheel chair charging they refused to do in night which is strange. Room near to stairs did not give.

The most amazing stay ever....

Liked: The property is beautiful and extremely comfortable and the location is perfect.
Disliked: I loved everything. I would give them 10 on 10 but I gave 8 only because of one small thing that out rooms were on the second floor and there was no lift and there was no one to help. As we were a family traveling all over England had a lot of baggage and had to carry all of it to the second floor.

Great hotel at amazing lakeside...

Liked: Very friendly staff. Location at the lake is beautiful, just unfortunate it was a little too cold to enjoy the lakeside terrace.
Disliked: All was fine. Decoration (paintings, furniture, etc) is a little too much for our style, but probably fitting with the type of hotel; a slight modernization with the help of an interior designer may uplift the experience, but don’t let that discourage you, it’s a nice hotel, wonderful location and very friendly staff.
