Great value and comfort!

Liked: This hotel was exactly what we needed to spend one night before heading to the airport. We arrived late and the staff arranged for us to be able to check in on our own which was much appreciated. The room was clean, comfortable, updated, and had everything we needed. The awesome location was a surprise when we arrived. We were able to walk a few blocks over to a bustling street with plenty of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. We really appreciated this at the end of our trip.
Disliked: The bed was quite firm, we’re just used to a softer bed. The lights in the room were a bit tricky to figure out.

Disliked: There was no lift , very tiny space

Liked: Spotless accommodation and bed was excellent for a good night's sleep. Two bottles of water was very thoughtful and appreciated
Disliked: No negatives.

Liked: Excellent llocation to tube station, only 3 mins walk away.Clean studio & fresh cotton bed linen and towelsAir con worked well.Great value for money for a London stay.
Disliked: Wi-fi and TV didn't always work so well.Needed a few more toiletries along with some more tea, coffee & milk sachets for a 2 night stay.Lift out of action.No ironing facilityNo full-length mirror.There was only 1 wine glass for 2 people staying. Although perfectly adequate for our stay in London, the studio was quite a small space.
