Overall a good stay.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Everything was clean.
Disliked: There was a dog barking early in the evening. The staff took care of it.

We will be back next...

Liked: Teresa is amazing!!! We didn’t check in until late and she was so very sweet and friendly and didn’t act like it bothered her even though she had a full bar she was attending to. The room was so nice and comfortable. I have long hair and it as great having good water pressure to rinse my hair.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: that we got a room. just need better pillows they was flat. for me I needed a firmer bed. but it is a nice place

A clean, comfortable welcoming place.

Liked: Great themed hotel just west of downtown Galena. Room and bathroom very clean. Large indoor pool and hot tub area was exceptional. Breakfast area well kept and decent choices. Coffee was DELICIOUS and available 24 hours in the lobby along with Keurigs in the room. Full bar off lobby open until 11pm. Staff was super friendly and very helpful (esp.Teresa/Front Desk). Strong wifi. Grocery store, Mickey Ds and very good Mexican restaurant easy walk across parking lot.
Disliked: Instead of one chair with ottoman in regular rooms, a small 2-seat couch would be more comfortable for a couple.
