Relaxing retreat with superb service...

Liked: Very comfortable, friendly and efficient. The Buffet is superb - probably the best we have had. There were a lot of attractions and bars and we felt that they were reasonably priced.
Disliked: N/A

Disliked: Very large overall so long walk between areas

Disappointind

Liked: Very disappointing Cold food, cold room in spite of thermostat, couldn’t operate tv, everything over designed. What was meant to be special anniversary treat turned out well below standard. Yes we have stayed before, but not again

Beautiful hotel, sculpted gardens, stylish...

Liked: The room was larger than expected with a nice view of the sculpted gardens and great water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was excellent, with a huge range of options from continental to full English. The pool and SPA area were wonderful, I enjoyed swimming multiple laps in there before our delicious Indian dinner at Madhus. There was a harp player in the lounge on Saturday and in the lobby on Sunday creating a truly magical atmosphere. There was also a man with birds of prey on Sunday - it was great that the hotel organises so many activities.
Disliked: The Stables restaurant on Saturday was very busy, resulting in very slow service for us unfortunately. It was also extremely busy at breakfast on Sunday but the staff accommodated us as much as they could. Not so much an issue but I would recommend for the hotel to install towel rails in the bathrooms - there was nowhere to hang our towels once used.

10/10 experience. Would stay again...

Liked: Absolutely everything. Driving up the path to the hotel is just stunning, the grounds are so beautiful. The staff are just absolutely wonderful and friendly. The facilities were incredible and we really enjoyed the spa. Every little walk leads to somewhere so beautiful. The food was amazing and the buffet style dinner at the glasshouse was just insane. The room was comfortable and spacious. I loved the activities that went on at the hotel also. It was my boyfriends birthday and they upgraded us for free which was just so lovely and made the experience even better for us.Thank you to all the staff, all so wonderful :)
Disliked: Wasn’t anything I didn’t like or enjoy here it was fab.

Great stay for a girls...

Liked: Staff were helpful; rooms were large, clean and quiet; the spa facilities were really good. We also loved the restaurants on the grounds, we tried all except the Indian fine dining - the dinner buffet being a highlight.
Disliked: The shower wasn't the easiest to use
