Liked: Wow, these reviews did not lie! Great location in the gaslamp. Staff was exceptional. I was so pleased when they allowed us to take the bikes out after check out. We arrived so late and had a personal issue the next day and were unable to use them early morning. The staff was so helpful in allowing us to keep them for the day and store our bags. Exceptional!! Loved the European double duvet SOOOOO MUCH. Slept like a baby.
Disliked: Parking can be a real pain downtown overnight. Room view was a bummer but at that price I anticipated it

Liked: Clean and friendly staff, the location is good your in the heart of downtown San Diego, your pretty much close to everything, I would definitely book again here in the future.
