Clean, efficient hotel that is...

Liked: Location, cleanliness
Disliked: Room seemed a bit damp, despite the air conditioner seeming to work just fine. Shower leaked all over bathroom floor every time. Tried to prevent it, but still happened. However room and bathroom were clean. Very quiet in a room on the back of building. Elevators not a problem. Very responsive when asked for iron and ironing board, extra towels.

Location, friendly service, great value...

Liked: Very convenient location, friendly staff, easy check in/out. Free water bottle and water and one snack or drink per stay was nice touch. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Shower door or the bottom construction needs improvement - water from the shower regardless shower head being tilted towards the wall, water runs on the floor. some bathroom fixtures were loose - seen better days...

Excellent value & location for...

Liked: Excellent value for its location, proximity to all we planned to do. Not the typical, predictable hotel decor, but fun and frolic! Amenity of free bikes fantastic!! Also LOVE no one time use plastic bottles of water, refillable canteen SO much better.
Disliked: Room was very small but expected that and know that’s the drill for many less expensive NYC hotels. The bathroom size was a pleasant surprise! Wait for the elevator on the 10th floor was very long, would have liked to use the steps but signs indicated that was not an option.

Liked: location - walkable from everywhere you need to be. hot water and a nice shower. helpful staff
