Amazing Stay; Beautiful Room!

Liked: I see a lot of not so positive reviews which made my decision to stay incredibly hard but everyone is CRAZY!!! This was absolutely the best hotel I have stayed at this far. The showers were HOT and the water pressure was AMAZING!! The beds were super comfortable and HUGE!! The value for this hotel was absolutely unmatched! I will be back!!!!

Liked: The property is conveniently accessible to US495. Quiet. No loud hallway noises. Whatever requests or questions were had, the front desk was always able to answer.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

Great breakfast buffet, questionable elevators

Liked: The breakfast buffet was incredible! On-site free laundry also came in handy...it was 24 hours and only accessible with a room card.
Disliked: We checked in at night after a trip. On the way to our room, the elevator bounced and shook a lot as we got to our floor (third floor). This happened every time we needed to use the elevator, and it was a bit unnerving. Once we did get to our room, our key cards didn't work and we had to go back down to the desk to get new ones that were activated. After getting to our room, we realized that the pack n play/crib we had requested for our toddler was not in the room and was not given to us. We tried to call to the desk, the room phones did not work. My husband went back down to the desk and was told that housekeeping handles those things, and they couldn't do anything until the morning. We were only staying one night and the pack n play had been a factor in choosing this location, so that was a hindrance.

Clean and comfortable

Liked: This was a very clean and comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was very comfortable with lots of pillows with different sizes and comfort levels Soft to firm. It was quiet and comfortable. Would definitely come back here again.
