Best family friendly resort I...

Liked: Amazing hotel perfect for families with young kids. The resort has anything that any kid could ever dream of! Adventure pool with water slides for any age, arcade with free games, movie nights for kids, many traditional activities, sandy beach with included sun-beds, food trucks and a lot of space! Staff were very nice, efficient and welcoming and made us feel at home the entire time. I would 100% go back!
Disliked: Room was not very sound proof.

Disliked: We had to pay for our child's breakfast although in the Booking order - it was included in the price

Liked: Location; adult only infinity pool with spectacular view; lounge and lockers for before check-in and after check-out; full use of the property before check-in and after check-out.

Liked: The staff was amazing! They were helpful, cheerful, courteous and always available to assist.
Disliked: The layout of the resort is confusing - due to the mostly to the fact it’s built into hills. Level 1 is level 3 depending on the Hale you are in. They do have a gps map that shows you the route based on your location - but it wasn’t clear on when you were to use the stairs to get to the next location on the route. Also - elevators are not available to all floors of each Hale - so if stairs are difficult for you - this may not be the best resort.
