Staybridge Suites Toledo - Rossford - Perrtsburg

Overall a good stay but...

Liked: Breakfast was good and offered choices. The location was right off the highway and close enough to a variety of food and shops. Check in staff were kind and helpful.
Disliked: The rug in the room was tattered and stringing apart as you walked into wash room. The bathroom shower and tile floor behind the toilet, in the corners mostly, appeared to have mold.

Disliked: Bathroom door had suspicious substances on it and was clearly not clean. They were sold out for the night so we had no choice but to stay and not complain. But this place is clearly not being cleaned at all. There was also snacks left from the previous guests.

Liked: Room had a lot of issues. Ac/heat nit working properly, toilet ran all night, housekeeping entering suite when we were still there, lighting not working properly and remote for tv wasn't working.

Liked: We like that it is like a little secure apartment but would like a taller toilet not sure how to request when selecting a room
Disliked: Pool was down part of visit
