Very good
Liked: Central area and close to downtown.
Disliked: The swimming pool was dirty because a family at the pool was eating and left food all over the area and in the pool. Sofa bed was uncomfortable.

Lovely hotel, great location
Liked: I was impressed with this hotel. I had deliberately chosen a hotel that was close to Sky Harbour Airport. I was coming in after 24+ hours of travelling and just needed somewhere easy and close to get to. The hotel was very close to the ‘51’ motorway but I heard no noise during my stay.The room was a suite - kingsize bed, bathroom, lounge seating area, kitchenette, desk and chair. Everything was very clean. The kitchenette was well stocked.The lounge seating was spacious and very comfortable.I could see the pool from my room and, although it was 9pm, was very tempted to nip down but the bed was even more temping

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Location was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was perfect for steaming / reheating our dinner.
Disliked: The guests in the room above were very heavy footed (if that's the correct description) and constantly dropping things as we were trying to get to sleep since my wife had a very early appointment for a medical procedure the next morning. The noise actually rattled the walls. Now, this in itself is not the fault of the hotel, but when I tried to call the front desk using the in-room phone I only got a busy signal. Had to call the main number using my cell phone. The upstairs 'neighbors' did quiet down approximately 90 minutes after they started, roughly 10 minutes after the call.
