I’m looking forward to booking...

Liked: Everything was nice. The young ladies at the front desk were very professional and helpful. the cleaning ladies also so helpful and very kind. The suite was beautiful. we are booking again soon.
Disliked: The pool was not open. It was under maintenance which was very disappointing being tho that was the reason for the stay. Wanted to take the kids swimming for the weekend.

Exceptional

Room nice, Breakfast bad

Liked: The room was nice, comfortable, and clean.
Disliked: The breakfast was bad. The eggs were "artificial"? and brown (overcooked). The sausage (kielbasa?) was well overcooked and looked like they were sitting out for more than just an hour or so for breakfast ( I was down at 7:30 am for breakfast). The oatmeal was watery and there were no options to add to it. No brown sugar, cinnamon... There was powdered sugar, chocolate chips, and granola; think that was for the waffles. The juice machine was out of order, the soda machine was out of order. No water bottles available, only tea or coffee.

Dated hotel but clean

Liked: Good location. Suite is ideal for 3 people ( one bedroom and a sofa bed ). Was very clean. Breakfast was ok.
Disliked: Hotel is very dated. Needs stained chairs replaced.

Going downhill

Liked: Great location
Disliked: We’ve been coming to this property for several years to visit family in the area and it used to be a nice modern hotel. Sadly, it’s become apparent that the owners have chosen not to invest in the property and we’re watching it go downhill year after year, The chairs are worn the rugs are threadbare in places, furniture is damaged, and the pool is indefinitely out of order. I think we’ll start looking for other locations in the future.

Very good

Liked: Convenient location and nice sized rooms
Disliked: It is definitely time to upgrade some of the furniture in the room. I wouldn’t sleep on the pullout bed because it was filthy.

Poor

Liked: Not much. Staff where okay.
Disliked: The hotel was in poor condition. Smelt bad and had stains on the carpets and badly needs re decorating. Breakfast was not fit for consumption.

Disliked: Pool was shut down

Liked: Location. Friendly and attentive staff.
Disliked: Room had a lot of wear and tear. Mold on the bathroom wall. Light fixtures full of debris and bugs. Toilet seat screw caps were missing which permitted gunk to settle in. Hand prints all over glass kitchen cabinets. Perimeter of the room could use an intense vacuum.
