Liked: Cleaniness. The engagement of the staff, particularly the restaurant manager displayed excellent customer engament. His team was constantly happy to help. My entire experience was amazing. I enjoyed my room! MY BATHROOM was immaculate. If I ever returned. Staybridge will be my option of choice.

Liked: The room was great. The bed was comfortable. I loved that there were dishes and a dishwasher.
Disliked: I did not like that I arrived at the airport after 10:30pm and called for a shuttle, I was directed where to go. I got there and called the hotel again, the front desk attendant told me she would notify the shuttle. I sat for 30 mins and no shuttle came. I then called back and was told the shuttle is done for the night. I had to take a cab to the hotel. The management were also very incompetent in dealing with this issue. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because it was close to the airport (5 mins) and offered a free shuttle service. I ended up paying $20 for a cab and was not even offered an apology.

Liked: The hotel and room were wonderful. Friendly service. Free airport shuttle. Breakfast and cocktail time were a wonderful perk.
Disliked: The location is very industrial, no places to walk, no restaurants or shopping within walking distance. Did not feel safe walking outside of a block of the hotel.

Liked: We liked the staff and the service. The room was great. The breakfast good and the happy hour incl snacks and drinks was a super treat!

Liked: Very comfortable nice friendly staff beautiful location loved the dolphin view out back the fact you didn't hear planes once in room
Disliked: Over charged my fiance card and ignoring my messages about refund due to flight delay for first night an emergency which resulted us leaving a day early

My short stay was great...

Liked: Didn't stay for breakfast Early flight.
Disliked: Called for an early check-in list, was told I'd be put on it. When I got there one I wasn't on it. Then my reservation were separate. 2 separate transactions. First room I was given wasn't even cleaned yet.
