It really was a nice...

Liked: Pool was nice but cold, grill area looked nice - did not use tho’, breakfast was very nice, lobby area was very nice, rooms were clean. Appreciated the complimentary laundry!! It was clean and most machines worked. Liked that is was close-ish to md Anderson for appointments and that they had a free shuttle.
Disliked: Had 3 nights of a false fire alarms going off in the middle of the night - was not staff fault but was very annoying. Was fixed by 4th night, rooms were very tight for 3 people, roudy teen boys were throwing rocks in the pool - was not staffs fault, but my teen boy did not appreciate it, the hotel was on Main Street so it was loud at night - we even had to call the cops for two cars full of people fighting out in the parking lot at like 3 am, we could hear people above us and near us stomping/jumping or something - so walls were thin.

Liked: The room was not clean when we got there. There were items still left in the room. The first night someone decided to take the fire extinguisher and spray the hallways and the elevator so the fire alarm went off four times between the hours of 3 and 7 AM . The next night the same thing only difference was they stated it was a test at 6 AM in the morning it was my birthday weekend and I was just trying to have myself a good time and rest.

I couldn’t have asked for...

Liked: The size and layout of the rooms.
Disliked: Parking was difficult

Liked: Great location, very safe to walk to NRG, nice large rooms, bed and pillows were comfortable and room was very clean. Great breakfast and choices!
Disliked: Nothing we didn’t like! It was all great
