Liked: The hotel was perfect breakfast was super super good and staff was good plenty towels
Disliked: they gave me the wrong room and I had to pay an extra 100 for something that wasn’t my fault..,,and it was food left under the sofa bed

Besides the minor battery issue...

Liked: The convenience of having a Shuttle drive us to MD anderson. Both drivers were excellent!
Disliked: Couldn’t get batteries for the TV. They were out and said they wouldn’t get any in until the next day.

Overalls it was a great...

Liked: It was very clean beautiful Christmas decorations. The breakfast was good and it was around a lot of eating places and only 15 minutes from the Galleria
Disliked: There was no extra sheets and towels and the lady that was there was rude when we asked for extra stuff
