Liked: I booked the stay for my parents, who are traveling. They do not speak English and needed to check in early. I gave the hotel a heads-up, and they were very accommodating. I did not stay there myself, but my parents could not stop praising how much they liked the suite and the soft, comfy bed. From what I gather they had an excellent stay and found everything lovely. They would 100% stay there again.

First time staying here, last...

Liked: The kitchenettes were nice in the rooms
Disliked: Their airport shuttle was over an hour waiting time for pick up. When I mentioned that to the check-in counter upon arrival, she was downright rude and making excuses why it was late. Then going back to the airport, you're supposed to have reservations for the shuttle which they never told me about. And housekeeping never cleaned my room, and when I asked them to do it, they said housekeeping had went home, even though there were maids on our floor for the next three hours after my call. And their breakfast is nothing much. Oatmeal was cold.
