Liked: The kitchen suite was wonderful. Having a free laundry room in the hotel made things much easier.
Disliked: One of the housekeepers was very rude.

Liked: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was big and very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was varied and always stocked and from Monday-Wed they have a afternoon complementary snack bar which was great for the kids.
Disliked: The pool could be a little cleaner but other than that the kids loved it.

It was really good.

Liked: The room was nicely furnished and provided everything I needed for my comfort. I also liked the evening meals 3 from Mondays to Wednesdays.
Disliked: There was a particular person at the front desk who did not provide good service. I expressed discontent that my room had not been cleaned every 3 days as promised. She told me that it's not her fault but the fault of the cleaning crew. No apology.
