Careful with hidden fees

Liked: The breakfast and how spacious is
Disliked: The billing. I had booked the hotel for $368 including fees, I ended up paying $50 extra, that I still don’t understand. I have already contacted the property and they haven’t replied. I was also charged $75 more, for pets fee which they have told me I wasn’t going to be charged. That fee at least was refunded. And the toilet in my room looked like someone peed there and didn’t flush when I first came in.

Liked: The location was perfect. The room size was very large. The breakfast was amazing. I loved the fact that checkout was at noon.
Disliked: I don't have anything negative to say about this hotel.
