Very convenient location for those entering Austin from the West. The hotel has a friendly staff; the front desk was always manned; the room was comfortable and the breakfast was good downstairs. The beds feel "above average" in comfort; good shower pressure!

Liked: Everything else.
Disliked: One of two keys didn't work.

Liked: The location wasn't bad, the be was comfortable the room was clean and the staff was nice
Disliked: They were doing some remodeling, one elevator was down the baseboards weren't on in the hall way and across the hall from us there was some wires sticking out of the wall.

Pleasant stay

Liked: The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff were all nice and polite and the breakfast was pretty good as well, I’ll definitely return next time I’m in Austin.

Liked: Bed was comfortable and not under construction
Disliked: Booking.com has an issue with letting customers know when hotels are under remodeling, this is the 2nd time I've had a reservation and I get there and half the hotel is under construction

Felt like an 80s motel,...

Liked: Half the hotel is under construction. Rooms outdated and just for shits and giggles there are exposed electrical wires hanging right next to the door lock for my room 425
Disliked: Staff couldn't care less, just wanted to play on phone. Paint and wall paper missing and torn. The only good thing was the bed

Liked: The front desk staff were very nice. The hotel was being remodelled so it’s difficult to rate. The bed was very comfortable and clean.
