Very convenient location for those entering Austin from the West. The hotel has a friendly staff; the front desk was always manned; the room was comfortable and the breakfast was good downstairs. The beds feel "above average" in comfort; good shower pressure!
Liked: Everything else.
Disliked: One of two keys didn't work.

All in all it worked...
Liked: Location was convenient. The 1Br suite was nice having the sitting room. Friendly staff. Bed was great
Disliked: Needs to be freshened up. Old furniture in our room. Lots of paint/caulk would help.

Liked: The staff were very friendly, the rooms were big, and the bed were super comfortable.
Disliked: It was not as close to the airport as I would like, the lyft ride cost me 20 dlls. The carpet had stains, which made it look dirty. The bathroom had only 2 towels, we arrived late and were leaving at 4, no time to ask for extra towels. So for 240 for a couple hours the least I expected, if I reserved for 3 people, to have 3 towels on the bathroom.
