Poor value for money, dirty...

Liked: Poor room, damaged, dirty not private.
Disliked: Path next to the window so everyone can see in.

Exceptional.

Liked: The room was fantastic, so well designed and such a beautiful and peaceful space. Lovely grounds and garden, with very friendly staff.
Disliked: The coffee at breakfast (from the machine) was pretty average. I’m pretty fussy about coffee! Sorry.

Not good I would actually...

Liked: Bad staff attitude, dirty and unprofessional behaviour and depends what colour you are is how you are treated. Staff at front desk deplorable. Needs to look cleaner and needs to smile absolutely horrendous service . We’ve been going there for years but really needs to improve now.
Disliked: Staff attitudes and unhygienic.

Beautiful country house hotel

Liked: Beautiful country house hotel, with huge very well appointed rooms. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Lovely breakfast, cooked to order.
Disliked: Mini-fridge missing in my room, which was a shame because I really appreciated that on previous stays at this hotel, but otherwise everything was perfect.

Tranquil setting & lovely room

Liked: The location is lovely, and so was the room (in the old manor house).Room amenities & facilities were great and I had lovely view of the gardens. Good bed & comfortable mattress. Lovely bathroom!Ample parking.Quiet and tranquil setting!
Disliked: Wifi in the room was sketchy unless I stood at the window.Breakfast was terrible for a place as nice as this.Front desk staff were great; staff in breakfast room seemed disinterested.

Disliked: The fact that only half the rooms have air conditioning. The Manor House rooms look really tired and unkept, they’re in desperate need of a refresh.
