Liked: Friendly and welcoming staff. Great location: a nice residential area just a few blocks from Union Square. The room was comfortable, had a nice city view, and was clean.

Fabulous location to take in...

Liked: We booked a Premier Queen Room with a Skyline and Bay view which was spectacular both by day and night. The location of this hotel is fantastic and while the cable car is right out the door, one can also walk to the adjacent neighborhoods of China Town, North Beach, and the Financial District. We were able to store luggage before and after our booking as our arrival and departure did not correspond to published hours. We also booked the valet parking service at the time of our room booking. There were in/out privileges and it worked very well. There is sufficient drop off parking in front of the entrance.

Liked: The room was spacious and very clean. The views of the city were wonderful.
Disliked: The breakfast area was chaotic. The continental buffet was mediocre. WE upgraded to the full buffet but were a bit disappointed in the small variety for the additional price.
