Very friendly, rooms as expected.

Liked: The breakfast was great, the staff were really friendly and helpful. The sheets and towels were clean
Disliked: These are picky things ..... a hairdryer would be useful, there was no bedside table for the bunk beds and no lamp. There was no chair or hanging space for clothes.The shower had little pressure.The cups provided on the tray were the sort it is difficult to drink from, we were provided with mugs on request.

Liked: Good size rooms for a great price.
Disliked: Heating was hard to get right. Was extremely warm through the night.

Bad

Liked: Nothing couldn't stay at the hotel cause I requested a wheelchair accessible room and they were booked up even though I requested it when I booked if it wasn't for the lovely lady at the reception who did more than enough to help out give that lady a raise cause if it wasn't for her it would be more worse review
Disliked: The entrance was total nightmare for my partner who is disabled and in a wheelchair could barely get in

Liked: Lovely quiet rural location but still only a few minutes from Belfast
Disliked: Bathroom door was sticking. The room was very warm.

Disliked: Have been told at the desk that basic of breakfast was included such a toast and jam and coffe. Unfortunately at the table the next morning the gentleman was not aware and the deal was to buy something from the menu and coffe would be free. At 19:30 there was literally nothing to eat, just drink. Not even sneaks for emergency. The city is far so if you don’t eat before 18 or buy something on your way you can starve. They should provide some basic or at list something to buy as emergency. To use the hot tub you need to do £100 of deposit. Not the best deal. Will be nice also to add some activities or table games so guest can enjoy the place instead of just drinking.
