Liked: Transport to and from Airport. Staff very helpful. Location good.
Disliked: Shower difficult to use as water went everywhere.

Liked: Room, facilities, bed, furniture, overall layout of room
Disliked: Reception staff are highly irresponsible and non courteous. Booked an aiport shuttle at 6.30am 4 days in advance. Got a shuttle at only 7.20am inspire of being on time for pickup. We eneded up late for our flight because of this. I will not recommend anyone if this staff issue is not sortedPs. Staff names given to me were Molly and Samih

Liked: Nice big room and kitchen area.
Disliked: Staff was not helpful. They said that we will have free shuttle service every day in message. But they provided only first day shuttle service for free from airport to hotel and return. Kitchen utensils were not in kitchen. You need to submit 10 euro deposit to get utensils. Location is very bad. To get to Paris you need to first go to CDG airport, then take Metro to Paris. It will cost you 13 euro one way. Phone is room was also not dialing to service desk.Shampoo was not filled in the bath area.

Great location

Liked: The suites were really big and we loved the bath tub for our last day in Europe. Free Shuttle to the airport, the driver took us until our departure terminal. We had restaurants available like 5 min walking distance in this beautiful town called Rossy.
