Superb

Liked: Breakfast was okay, well enough. Location is not very central, but around 20mins walking distance to main museums. The room was large enough to have an extra bed. There was a table for four and mini kitchen, even a bath-tub. We liked very much the room, hotel and the service.

Liked: We loved the location. The room and hotel common spaces were lovely. The staff went out of their way to help us and to make our stay super comfortable. Josephine in particular was extremely helpful.

Liked: Room was clean, quiet, and nice with good air conditioining and a comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast room was nice and the items available were generally good. Overall location was good with easy access to trams.
Disliked: There is little storage to unpack in the room (no drawers and not many hangars). Also, while the shower was nice, the water pressure was low which made the showering not great. As above, while the breakfast room was nice, the food selection was a bit limited. Adequate rather than good.
