Forming part of St Pancras International train station this elegant hotel has immediate access to the high speed Eurostar service and the Tube. Good but could have been...

Liked: Beautiful property in a very convenient location, nice bar and restaurant options.
Disliked: Gym is small, it feel like the customer is not the focus of the team at times.

Liked: Staff were excellent. Very grand hotel.Was great location to get the Eurostar
Disliked: Very expensive. Thought it may have included nice toiletries. Shower got blocked.

Gateway to Eurostar.

Liked: Hotel lovely but breakfast on the first day was overcooked and cold. On the second day we had to leave at 7.20am and when asked if we could have something a little earlier they said " No" . So in my opinion our stay was not good value at over £900 for two nights.

Great location, nice room ideal...

Liked: Great location as we were taking the Eurostar super early the next morning.
Disliked: Nothing really, restaurants were super busy but that’s to be expected at this time of year. Lots of choice near by.
