Liked: The location is ideal for anyone needing to stay near Kings Cross, very central, close for travel and plenty of small local shops and places to eat nearby. Rooms were clean and well decorated, it looks recently refurbished in the room I stayed. I didn't use any bar/food services so I cannot comment. Staff were helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: A few small details but helpful to note, there is no lift in this and the stairs are very narrow so this is not the place for you if you're travelling with heavy bags. I stayed in a single room so the following comments are for this room type only. This is not a great room for female travelers. There were no sanitary disposal bags, no seat aside the bed so anything requiring a mirror is to be stood up or sat on the floor. Towels are too small to fit around your body, I asked for a second for my hair and they didn't replace it on cleaning the room. No general bin aside the small bathroom bin so if you have any bottles or food waste you have to leave it on the floor and that wasn't removed when the room was cleaned. Only the bed and towel. The walls were very thin so you can hear your fellow residents so it's not the best stay for light sleepers. Wi-fi was a big hit and miss which meant most TV options were not available. Room was so small that the bed was right next to the window with no net so I couldn't lie with the window open in comfortable/little clothing without completely shutting the curtains. Some kind of privacy whilst letting light in would make the stay much more comfortable. since the room overlooks a roof, this would only improve the view.

Liked: A tiny room with everything you need for a short stay, very conveniently located for the morning Eurostar train, and by tube the whole city is within easy reach. It was spotlessly clean,.the bath, too. There is not much room for the luggage, but we knew this beforehand. The service was very friendly, and by asking before we got a first floor room (steep, narrow staircase - help was offered), and even an early check-in.Location,.cleanliness, friendliness - would like to come back!

Liked: It’s location was great and very central to everything
Disliked: The room was to small ,you had to open the bathroom door to give you room if you where to bent down to wash your face in the sink .Also your feet hitting the wall when laying on the bed it was more like a single bed in a store room.
